CFCA CHOCOLATE TALENT always uphold the original intention:

A fair, transparent and easy-to-operate review system is essential to us. All awards are decided in a thoughtful and credible manner, with the expectation that more and more of the “Oriental Tastes” will be recognized by consumers in Asia and around the world. In addition to being professional, our award judges are on a mission, as always, to bring good flavors into our world. We warmly welcome opinion leaders from all walks of life in the industry to come and actively participate in the selection of aromatic chocolates.

CFCA CHOCOLATE TALENT is divided into Two Parts and Four Major Awards:
Chocolate Maker Award
Includes Single Origin Plain Dark Chocolate, Single Origin Plain Milk Chocolate, Single Origin Plain White Chocolate, Single Origin with Inclusions.
Chocolatier Award
Includes Single Origin Plain Dark Chocolate, Single Origin Plain Milk Chocolate, Single Origin Plain White Chocolate, Single Origin with Inclusions.
Best Popularity Award
All submitted entries will be accepted to the contest.
Cacao & Chocolate Brewing Master Award
Includes Classical Aromatic Chocolate Beverage and Creative Aromatic Chocolate Beverage.
MASCOT OF CFCA CHOCOLATE TALENT
We chose the ALPACA, a unique animal in Central and South America where the origin of cocoa as the Mascot of the competition. Hoping that it can represent the “Original and Authentic” power that fine chocolate believes in.
